Your toes should contact the space above your head as you slant your legs backward. Go as far as your flexibility will allow if your toes can’t touch the ground; with practice, your flexibility will increase. Three breaths should be held in that position before returning to your starting position.

From my experience and personal research, I believe that stunted growth can be reversed through imbibing the right lifestyle practices and eating balanced diet.
