While most of us prefer cold water in the morning, I personally recommend that you drink 2-3 glasses of warm water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and wait for 1 hour before you eat. You can try adding sliced citrus fruits or zest to it or peeled, sliced fresh ginger or turmeric to it to make it more appealing.

It may not look appealing initially if you are the type that can’t do without cold water. Adding citrus like lemon, lime, and spices to your warm water will definitely make you desire to drink more.

In general, stay hydrated!. Dehydration can result in a variety of long-term and short-term health issues. These include obesity, pulmonary tuberculosis, kidney stones, breast cancer, uterine cancer, sinusitis, hypertension, migraines, etc. In reality, the Japanese people are among the slimmest people in the world, and they drink water as soon as they wake up.
